Our Story
Minnesota Maintenance began in 2001, operating in the real estate industry. Our founder began purchasing rental properties and found himself doing maintenance and rehab work on said properties. Investors took notice and requested maintenance and rehab services on their properties. Minnesota Maintenance was born.
